In the Link Concept system, you will also find the PCH EtherBridge module. This module enables your monitoring solution to communicate with a cloud database, giving you LAN / remote access to your vibration monitoring data.

PCH Link Concept Modules

The PCH Link Concept is centered around the advanced, 4-channel vibration monitor, PCH 1420 Vibration Monitor:

PCH 1420 Vibration Monitor - 4 vibration channels, one process channel, one tacho.

The monitor can be combined with the following modules for further monitoring options:

PCH EtherBridge CHB 1120 for LAN and IIoT data logging (PCH Cloud)
PCH Relay Box CHB 1123 for up to 12 isolated alarm relays
PCH Input Box CHB 1122 for up to 6 process inputs as 4-20 mA, 0-10V, PT100
PCH Prox Box CHB 1144 for two proximity probes, including buffered BNC output
PCH Raw Data Box CHB 1145 - support for 4 raw output channels
PCH vibration channel expander (coming soon) - TTG time signal synchronisation module - sync scalars and time recordings from multiple PCH1420 modules. With the TTG module it is possible to expand to 6, 9, 12 or more synchronised vibration and process channels.

More PCH expansion boxes are in the pipeline with even more options for your monitoring solution.

Software Interface

The PCH 1420 vibration monitoring solution comes with our complementary user software, PCH Vibration Studio.

With this platform, you get online trend data, simultaneous 4-time waveform signal recordings (raw data), and a tool for FFT diagnostics and analysis.
